awareness level workshop introduces delegates to the concept of earned value
management (EVM) and how it can greatly benefit an organisation’s reporting on
project progress, time and cost measures.
The intent of
this course is to inspire an appreciation for the earned value concept and
emphasize how performance measurement techniques can be a valuable management
tool , especially when applied to a Ministry of Defence project.
To gain an
awareness of Earned Value Management and its terminology.
By the end of
the course, delegates will be able to:
